I cannot believe it's already the middle
of the week like I literally feel like I
was just told you guys welcome to the
week so how all that happened I don't
know but it creeped upon us and it
creeped up on us fast so a little update
about my medical stuff yes I do have a
full-blown kidney infection good times
and I also have a yeast infection and
they think that the yeast infection is
due to the kidney infection because
there was just so much coming out like
excuse you're gonna hear the printer
going off just so much bacteria and
stuff for my kidney created it but this
is the first time I've ever had a yeast
infection and let me tell you I have
wanted to probably kill everything in
anything next to me I am going insane I
went to the store and got the medicine
for the yeast infection stuff and I was
able to go ahead and get that taken care
of and so that's been helping
tremendously but I just have been
feeling like poo but I'm still pushing I
didn't care I got up I did my walking
today I've drank eight things of glass
of water today of 24 ounces so I'm
definitely pushing like all of my fluid
and that's been helping plus I got up
and I clean my kitchen that was a that
was a workout and then I did three loads
of laundry folded and put it away and
Olli was out he worked all day today so
in return I just
I dealt with the kids all day and that
kept me going that really kept me going
so not feeling good wasn't the best
thing but I stay pretty busy on this
times of that I was like hurting really
bad I just kept myself busy so I wasn't
like fixating on the pain itself and
then I was running a little bit of a
fever today I was running 102 which
really stunk because it's like almost
100 degrees here and I made Jeremiah
keep all the fans off I was under two
blankets today and I still could not
keep myself warm like I was freezing and
so it definitely wasn't the best day for
my health but it's all right we made it
through and daddy's home now so that
helps it was nice to be able to just get
things done that need to get done
although I didn't feel good but you know
you can sink you can make an excuse for
everything seriously there's an excuse
for absolutely everything the excuse
monster will pop out at any given time
and give you any excuse you want to not
fulfill that day's goals and so I just
was like no I yeah I don't feel good and
yeah I feel like I could probably go to
the emergency room because I'm in so
much pain but at the same time I was
like I can't allow that to be my excuse
for why I'm not gonna get up and do
these things today let's see for
breakfast I had some cottage cheese and
some toast and then for lunch I had a
beef jerky stick so I really don't have
much of an appetite and then let's see
then today I okay so then this evening I
wanted Panda Express really bad I have
been dying for Panda Express like bad
and every day I'm just like no not gonna
do it no not gonna do it I'm not gonna
go there but it definitely sounds
amazing so
today I was like you know what I don't
feel good I'm sick and bygone it I'm
gonna have my pity Express tonight and
then I sat there and I really was
thinking to myself I'm like okay what's
your really gonna do for me where is it
gonna really get me it's gonna make me
contain like hold on to all the sodium
that's in it it's not gonna make me feel
good because I don't ever feel good
after I eat Panda Express it may taste
good for the moment so I just was like
you don't know I'm not gonna do that
like there is no excuse to eat out fast
food just because I don't feel good like
I can still eat good food and it will
probably make me feel better in the end
so when all he came home from work I was
like hey yeah I said what do you want
for dinner tonight he's like I don't
know what do you want I'm like oh god
don't tell me don't ask me that question
I was like well you know I really want
potatoes for some reason and but then he
was like well you know we have shrimp
and stuff leftover hang out do you want
shrimp and steak fajitas I was like you
know what yeah that that works that's
totally that I'll call that game so I
ended up having chicken and shrimp
fajitas and then Ezra had the leftover
spaghetti from a couple days ago and a
couple days ago yesterday Michael couple
days ago my names are all mixed in with
each other I know um so it looks so good
I was like oh my gosh I don't want that
I want that I want that so I took a
couple bites because I was like you know
what I'm not going to sit here and
deprive myself an absolutely everything
today like I did good because I do not
have this you know the Panda yeah yeah I
like your shirt but you're in your
jammies already so can you please go put
this back in your cupboard put it back
in your drawer I shut the drawer please
be careful of your fingers um but I was
like you know what I've said no to
everything today so I think that I
deserve to have a couple bites of the
spaghetti and enjoy it so I did I had a
couple bites but I put everything still
into MyFitnessPal so I was still good
with my calorie counting and stuff and I
still have 500 calories left over and
that was after all day
so those are Thomas to tree train undies
for brother yeah you guys need to learn
how to use those yeah yeah okay go put
him back in his drawer
sorry Oh daddy's still working so MoMA
still has the kids um but anyways so it
was a lot of yeah it was a lot of me
wanting to make excuses and then just be
like no it's just not gonna happen and
so you know I didn't of course I didn't
get actually all the exercising because
I wanted to get on the bike and I want
to do all of that but you know I don't
want to push yourself too hard when I am
still down physically like just fighting
this infection but I still did not want
to just sit all day be like oh no I
can't do anything yeah that's your
monkey baby okay go put it in your
drawer you can wear it tomorrow okay um
but I was like you know what I'm not
gonna sit all day and not do anything
because where's that can also get me so
I'm proud of myself in the fact that yes
baby go put it away I know it all of
your clothes look like close the drawer
place and be careful of your fingers um
but I know where I want to be and I know
that normally before all this I would
have come up with ever excuse oh my
stomach hurts oh my back hurts oh you
know I got a kidney infection I just
can't do it like I just have to lay
around all day and I have to eat that
potato bag the bag of potato chips
because it just you know I'm sick I
gotta have it and I really gotta have
that hand Xpress because I'm sick it
just you know that's what's gonna make
me feel better and that's how I've
always lived my life like I've always
created an excuse for absolutely every
single situation in my life has come
excuses and so
I think that that's part of what I've
changed a lot is not allowing myself to
come up with those excuses because I'm
full of excuses and I'm good at them too
but at the same time it's not definitely
gonna get me where I want to go so
anyways I'm really hoping that tomorrow
I'll start feeling better I mean I
already feel better tonight and I think
that a lot of it is just the medicines
are all starting to kind of kick in and
I've been drinking water and flushing my
kidneys really well so I think that
everything is kind of kind of starting
working itself out so I'm hoping
tomorrow I can get on my bike and start
doing the bike but worst case scenario
if I'm really still not a hundred
percent I will still continue to move
and do the laundry and clean the kitchen
and take care of my kids and those are
all things that I never did before just
30 days ago or 31 days ago or whatever
many days I think now we're at what day
are we at 33 I think 32 boy you guys
I've been doing this for so long I
forget my days I've either on 31 or 32
no I just put 32 up so 33 days I think
it's 33 days anyway he's just 33 days
ago I was not cleaning the kitchen I was
not taking care of the kids hands-on I
was not doing the laundry I wasn't doing
anything I was very good at ordering
around everybody but today I literally
got up and bathed my kids and you know I
did everything all today by myself
and it's been a long time since I've
really been able to just take control
and take charge and do it myself and not
ask anybody in my house to help me do
any of it unless it's something that I'm
too short for then my husband comes in
but but other than that I mean you know
like just doing the daily tasks that
most people do I haven't done that in a
very long time because physically I just
haven't been able to do
and today it really felt good being left
home alone all day long made me have to
get up and get these things done because
they needed to get done and not only for
that but it makes me feel good because
I'm not just sitting and continuing to
allow myself to create those excuses
that I've always made all my life for
everything so any who know even though
it is 8:45 we should be getting the kids
ready for bed but we have to run back
out again and go pick up another car for
my husband's what because we have some
car business to stuff to take care of
early in the morning so we're not going
to bed anytime soon and neither are the
kids but that's alright I guess there
are days that run like this right
I just remembered there isn't into this
day at some point but I just hope you
guys had a wonderful day today I'm
hoping you guys are all staying cool
because it has been hot here tomorrow
and Saturday is actually what's wrong oh
your arms hurt I'm sorry you hit your
funny bone no Friday and Saturday
actually it's supposed to rain here
which would be good especially with all
of our wildfires that we have going on
around us I personally know a couple
people that are fighting them and it's
so dangerous and I just it's so sad to
see so much going up in flames and homes
being lost and animals being lost and
lives being lost you know it's so sad
and so I'm really hoping that the
weather's gonna start changing and
softly things up so that the fires start
to calm down a little bit it's never an
easy season you know and so anyways
we're supposed to do a cool down here
real soon which is gonna be
good for so many things so that would be
nice I'll be a nice little break so I
hope you guys are all enjoying your
weather wherever you guys are at and I
will check in with you guys tomorrow and
hopefully I will be able to videotape if
I'm on the bike and stuff and if you
guys have anything that you guys are
wanting me to record let me know in the
comments so I can start working on
things as well that maybe you guys want
to suggest for me to do so I'll talk to
you guys tomorrow
